FAQ
Straight answers.
Do I need a new phone number?
Usually not. In most cases we work with your existing business number (for example, by forwarding unanswered calls), or we can set up a new local number if you prefer. We’ll check what works with your phone provider during the demo.
How long does setup take?
The setup on our side is quick. Before business text messages can be sent, US carriers require a business-texting registration (called A2P 10DLC). Approval timing is controlled by the carriers and can range from a few days to a few weeks. We handle the paperwork and keep you updated.
Does the AI receptionist really speak Spanish?
Yes. The AI receptionist can hold conversations in English or Spanish, and the text messages in both plans come in both languages. Like any AI, it can make mistakes, so it’s set up to take a message and alert you whenever it isn’t sure.
What happens if the AI can’t answer a question?
It collects the caller’s name, number and what they need, and sends you the details right away so you can call back. You decide which situations should always come straight to you, like emergencies.
Are calls recorded?
Only if you want them to be. Florida requires the consent of everyone on a call to record it, so if recording is turned on, the AI receptionist announces it at the start of the call.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Plans are billed monthly, and the details, including how to cancel, are spelled out in a simple written service agreement before you start.
Can you guarantee more jobs?
No one can honestly guarantee that. What we do is make sure callers get a fast, professional reply and that leads get followed up. How many become jobs still depends on your market, pricing and service.
Do you sell my customers’ information?
No. Your customers’ information is used only to run your automations. We don’t sell it, and we don’t share mobile numbers or texting consent with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

Sunbridge Automations is a new Florida company based in Haines City, in the heart of Polk County. We help home-service contractors — HVAC, plumbing, roofing, pool and landscaping — answer every lead without adding office staff.
Sunbridge was founded by Fernando Torres Martinez, a Central Florida business owner who uses automation to run his own operations. Central Florida is a bilingual market, so everything we build works in English and Spanish from day one.
